Onze moestuin en boomgaard vormen het hart van onze droom om steeds zelfvoorzienender te leven.

Op ons land groeien inmiddels meer dan 15 citrusbomen en 15 fruitbomen, naast een moestuin vol seizoensgroenten en kruiden. Van de oogst maken we onder andere jam, limoncello en andere likeuren, terwijl de verse groenten en het fruit zoveel mogelijk worden gebruikt voor het ontbijt en andere lekkernijen voor onze gasten én voor onszelf. Iedere dag zetten we weer een stap richting een puur en duurzaam leven in Toscane.
